A non-refundable deposit of 50%  deposit is required to secure a booking.  Full Payment must be finalised seven (7) days prior to event. 

Please note: The grandstand seating and grass area is NOT part of the Bartley Room hire.

Placement of Marquees or inflatables are strictly forbidden on the grassed area or entrance of the Grandstand. The area is designated for all community users and cannot be cordoned off for private function use.
