The 2024 Annual Community Championships is an annual tennis tournament held at Rushcutters Bay Tennis Centre.

We encourage participation from the local community and beyond to enter into the tennis championships in an action packed long weekend.

We cater for all abilities from 16 years of age to adults, with a variety of events to participate in including both singles and doubles events.

Championship Rules

  • Knockout Format
  • Matches will be played on Friday Evening, Saturday and Sunday.
  • Singles is a pro-set. First to 8, with a tie-break at 7-all
  • Doubles is a normal set of tennis with tie- break at 6-6
  • Match Official will be available throughout the event to administer matches. 

Grading Guide

C Grade Events: UTR 0 – 2.5

B Grade Events: UTR 2.5 – 4.5

A Grade Events: UTR 4.5 – 6.5

Open Events: UTR: 6.5+
